Tell us about your career before joining Ocean Group.
After my bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, I worked for a short time in Occupational Health and Safety in the food industry and then for a prevention mutual with a diverse clientele: construction, industry, hotels and restaurants.
What drew you to the marine industry, and Ocean Group in particular?
Learn more about a unique industry and its unique operating conditions. It is also a source of pride to work for a Quebec company that is an industry leader.
What motivates you most in your work now?
Knowing that at the end of the day, my work helps ensure that all Ocean employees go home safe and healthy.
What are the most rewarding aspects of your role?
I enjoy learning about the maritime world from my colleagues in different professions: welders, labourers, deckhands, captains and so on.
