We are actively seeking a Production Technician to support production operations, manage logistical and technical aspects and carry out quality control tasks. This role also involves administrative support and performance analysis to improve existing processes.

YOUR TALENTS WILL BE USED TO MEET THE FOLLOWING CHALLENGES:

  1. Operational support (75%)
  • Prepare work activities by analyzing work orders.
  • Understand repair/dismantling plans and strategies with the engineering team.
  • Work with superintendents to develop optimal execution plans.
  • Define and order the necessary equipment (BOM, hardware, consumables).
  • Participate in dismantling activities, including component labelling and inventory management.
  • Use the plasma cutting table to cut parts.
  • Assist foremen and team leaders in carrying out work.
  • Validate and adjust material orders (sheet steel, piping, paint).
  • Prepare and manage material kits and ensure site logistics.
  • Help improve work organization and tools.

 

  1. Administrative support (10%)
  • Collect and analyze data to improve processes (KPIs).
  • Prepares and writes the technical reports required for project completion (e.g., dry dock report).
  • Monitor the progress of work and update execution plans.

 

  1. Quality control (15%)
  • Carry out quality checks following specifications and applicable standards, mainly in the paint shop (surface profile measurements, salt content tests, etc.).
  • Carry out dimensional and positioning checks on new structural elements.
  • Document critical projects with photos, progress reports and measurements.

OUR IDEAL COLLEAGUE HAS:

  • Knowledge of industrial processes and repair/dismantling techniques.
  • Materials management and logistics skills.
  • Experience in quality control, particularly in the paint and structural sectors.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams.
  • Mastery of measurement tools and performance analysis techniques (KPIs).
