New members on the Management Committee

Our Management Committee is at the heart of our strategic orientations and its members are the guardians of our company’s growth. They also guide us in meeting daily operational challenges. As you all know, Ocean Group continues to grow, and with that growth come new issues that need to be dutifully addressed. Consequently, two new members have joined the Management Committee, in an effort to continue counting on the best possible expertise in the industry. Please welcome :

Louis-David Sansoucy – Executive Vice President – Special Projects
Industrial engineer with an MBA in Management, Louis-David began his career in 2006 and has an extensive experience in operations, logistics, and industrial maintenance management within leading companies. His mission is to take charge of the start-up of new projects aligned with the growth objectives of Ocean Group’s related companies.

Carole Goudreault – Executive Vice President – Human Resources
Graduated from Université Laval in Industrial Relations, Carole began her career at Ocean Group in 2002 and was Senior Director, Human Resources since 2014. Her mission is to ensure the creation of a stimulating work environment, in line with Ocean Group’s commitment to put employee experience at the heart of its strategy to reach its development and organizational performance goals.

Last May, Ocean also welcomed Christian Guy, newly appointed General Manager – Marine Works and Dredging, in replacement of François Lessard who is now President of Techsol Marine Inc. Christian has an MBA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. He is renowned for his mobilizing leadership, his management skills and his entrepreneurial spirit.

These three new members have joined a seasoned team of high-ranking managers who hold a complete range of expertise. We are happy to welcome them to our team !
