The new waterblast robot was used for the first time in the floating dry dock for blasting the hull of the tug OCEAN RAYNALD T. This equipment is cutting-edge technology. The environmental benefits and great functionality provided by this new robot is a clear signal of Ocean Group’s core values.
The traditional blessing ceremony was held under a radiant sun in the presence of several dignitaries, partners and employees who had gathered for this happy event.
The first Ocean HSE Recognition Evening was held on November 28th. In the past year, employees have been invited to submit an initiative to eliminate or prevent the occurrence of a weakness, the cause of a potential non-compliance or a potentially unwanted or dangerous situation in regards to health, safety and environment.
Ocean Group continues to grow, and with that growth come new issues that need to be dutifully addressed. Consequently, two new members have joined the Management Committee, in an effort to continue counting on the best possible expertise in the industry.
